This week Daniel had the privilege of presenting at the 2024 New England Crime Analysis & Intelligence Conference in Plymouth, MA. Organized by the Massachusetts Association of Crime Analysts (MACA) and New England State Police Information Network (NESPIN). The annual event draws analysts, agents, officers, and private sector security professionals from across the country and internationally. His presentation was entitled “AI and Terrorism: Implications for Law Enforcement Responses and Analysis” and provided an opportunity for him to combine the academic work he has been doing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and terrorism, with related experience in behavioral threat assessment and management.
